Sir,

I have not been updated about the status of my admission in National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS). This is so inspite of the fact that:-

(i)                  I got intimation about creation of login id for me on July 4, 2018;

(ii)                I sent birth certificate, school leaving certificate, address proof, etc. During the month of September, 2018;

(iii)               I asked for status of my admission on 8 November, 2018 and again on 12 December, 2018; and

(iv)              Multiple efforts to contact NIOS Customer Care No. 18001809393 failed as the line is not working or line (always) congested.

In view of the above, I’d like to know:-

(i)                  What is the status of my admission?

(ii)                Where is my study centre?

(iii)               When will I receive my study materials?

(iv)              Why is there so much delay inspite of my emails dated 4.11.2018 and 12.12.2018?

Perfect Arrangement

Secretary and Liaison officer reaches assembly spot early. Another officer comes later from Delhi taking with him any number of members joining the team. The need for local liaison officer coming to airport may be dispensed with. The practice is that a person knowing and known to the members is necessary to receive the members from airport.  Some agendas, in between, of course :-)

Today AD spoke to DS for sometime over phone, then Sr PA said call came from office itself. Thereafter AD came in the branch and got some prints taken out.

Objection

The file put up by stenographer was prepared under the guidance of SEA who had since become executive officer, now on a 40 day CCL. Where the organization claims service tax, the same was refused (tirupati april 2017) but where it is not claimed, it is given (Udaipur 2015) at the rate of 7.5%. MSA Branch raises objection on the issue. The officer incharge only wails about his inability to get the attention of his subordinates.
Meanwhile a pensioner who retired as AD from the Branch appeared, checking if everyone is fine.
Then AD called and wanted plane tickets delivered at his residence. DS said he had to attend a meeting in RK Puram, called the attendant in Welfare branch, who willingly obliged and saved the day. I had given photo copy of the ticket to DS.

First contrast administered intravenously, then clean drinking water laced with some chemicals drank in 30/40 minutes.
