Sir,
I have not
been updated about the status of my admission in National Institute of Open
Schooling (NIOS). This is so inspite of the fact that:-
(i)
I
got intimation about creation of login id for me on July 4, 2018;
(ii)
I
sent birth certificate, school leaving certificate, address proof, etc. During the
month of September, 2018;
(iii)
I
asked for status of my admission on 8 November, 2018 and again on 12 December,
2018; and
(iv)
Multiple
efforts to contact NIOS Customer Care No. 18001809393 failed as the line is not
working or line (always) congested.
In view of the above, I’d
like to know:-
(i)
What
is the status of my admission?
(ii)
Where
is my study centre?
(iii)
When
will I receive my study materials?
(iv)
Why
is there so much delay inspite of my emails dated 4.11.2018 and 12.12.2018?
