Dear Sirs/Madam,
I have some words to lay down for your kind consideration:-
At 10.02 am on 12 September, 2018 I received SMS 'Notice for not paying dues which was said to have been issued in DJB bill on KNo 2572687284 for due Rs.3444.92.
On 3 October 2018 at 10.10 AM I received another SMS :- "Disconnection Notice for not paying dues is issued on KNo 2572687284 for due Rs.3444.92. Please pay immediately"
I paid my dues from debit card on the same day.
The SMS coming thereafter at 4.02 PM of 3 October, 2018 said:-
Dear Consumer, Received payment of Rs.[3444.92]by[DC]on[03-Oct-2018]against your KNo.[2572687284].Outstanding Bal. Rs.[0.00].
I rest assured that there was nothing outstanding against me.
And then I received yet another notice yesterday, 15 October, 2018 at 2.29 PM which says, " Please pay bill amount of Rs [1212.00] by [01-Nov-2018] to avoid penalties"
Every bill comes with a warning !
