On the insistence of US I sent asked Mhnder to take my ltc settlement claim to B&P Branch. He took the file willingly. Said he gave the file to Pradeep. On personally checking the same was not entered in the register, checked out again. Person said no such file, no Mhndr.Called Mhndr, no response. Back in the branch Mhndr asked me to accompany him in B&P Branch. I was angry and refused. He went there and collected the file himself, came back and threw the file on my table.

Harish said Vivek was not around, went to LB-1. Said attendance register may not be sent for the day. There after Mahndr ginderly walked in, wished good morning to US, and quietly sat down.

Follow up of SG's meeting with senior officers amended as desired by Director and resubmitted
Non receipt of office copies. Director was directed by JS to take up the matter at his level
At the last minute of the day the issue of JS aadhar number not being included in e office came up. Thereafter clarification letter about mumbai and udaipur tour was got issued in the name of US
